About "Key Strokes"

This section of the Omaha Masters' web site will contain submitted material from Omaha Masters Swimmers themselves. Since we do a lot of "stroke and turn" work each day at practice, we thought it appropriate to name this section of the site "key stokes"... since most input would likely originate from a keyboard... get it... strokes of the keys...

If you're an Omaha Masters Swimmer, and have an itch to craft an article or two, we're looking for input! Send me, (the webmaster)--or the coach-- an e-mail with your article and any images. Also, include a photo of yourself so we can give the author credit! You'll find our contact info at the bottom of almost every page.

Enjoy the site... when you're not swimming, of course.
