Omaha Masters Swimmer to Speak at public event
As many of you know, Peter Silberstein rode his bike from California to Washington D.C. as part of the "Tour of Hope." Peter and Kent McNeil (owner of Trek of Omaha) will be discussing the Tour of Hope at the annual meeting of the Bellevue bicycle club this Saturday at 4:30 pm (11/19/05)
Omaha Masters Swimmers, as well as the general public, are invited and welcome to attend at no cost. Food and drink will be available.
The meeting will be held at the Platteview Country Club.

Directions: Take either highway 75 south or 84th street south until you hit Platteview road. Platteview road runs parallel to Nebraska state highway 370 (connecting Papillion and Bellevue) and is several miles south (4 or 5, I estimate).
Coming from Papillion, I'd take 84th street south to Platteview road, the intersection is a left-turn-only onto Platteview road. Continue east to about 42nd street and the country club will be on your right.
From Bellevue, take highway 75 south until you hit Platteview road. Turn right and continue west until you run into the country club -- it will be on your left.
